We use Google Meet but in some cases Teams or Telegram. All our clients have entrance to life support on WhatsApp, 24/7.

What to consider

  • The effectiveness of online therapy is being continually studied, but current evidence suggests it can be just as helpful as in-person sessions for many conditions.
  • Not suitable for children under 12 years.
